摘要
冷轧工作辊表面发生剥落掉块的原因是复杂的。利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜等分析手段对冷轧工作辊剥落断口和组织进行了观察及分析。结果表明,冷轧工作辊表层剥落是由于剥落处存在大块的碳化物,并以此为疲劳源,最终以疲劳剥离而失效。
The spalling reason of the roller surface for cold rolling is complicated. The fracture surface of the spalling of the roller surface for cold rolling is analyzed by scanning electron microscope and the microscopic structure is observed by optical microscope. The results show that the massive carbides exist on the spalling sites, which become the fatigue sources and finally result in fatigue spalling failure.
