摘要
介绍快速成形技术和铸造技术相结合的快速铸造技术。利用快速成形技术直接或间接制造铸造用消失模、消失模凹模、铸造模样、模板、铸型、型芯或型壳等,结合传统铸造工艺,快捷地制造金属零件。将快速成形原理引进到铸造造型工艺中,在型砂或陶瓷粉末上喷射粘接剂和催化剂,固化后即得一定厚度的铸型,形成快速铸型制造工艺,在铸型的内表面涂敷或浸渍涂料即可用于浇注金属件。快速铸造技术能提高生产效率,适合各种复杂零件的单件小批量生产,具有广阔的应用前景。
The rapid casting process, which is an integration of rapid prototyping and the casting process, is introduced, the expandable patterns, die of expandable patterns, pattern, pattern plate, casting mould, casting cores and mould shells can be made directly or indirectly by rapid prototyping, then the metal castings can be manufactured rapidly by conventional casting technology. By introducing the principle of the rapid prototyping into the moulding process, the binders and catalyst are sprayed on the moulding sands or ceramics powders, the casting mould can be obtained after curing and coated by refractory coating, then can be used for pouring of liquid metals. Rapid casting processes can increase the production efficiency and is suited for the small batch of various complicated components. Hence, it has a good prospect.
