阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊断和外科治疗指南解读 被引量：55

摘要 2002年制订的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征诊断依据和疗效评定标准暨悬雍垂腭咽成形术适应证，极大地规范和促进了我国睡眠呼吸障碍疾病的临床和科研工作。近年来阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）相关病理生理的基础、临床研究和卫生经济学调查不断取得进展，OSAHS诊断新技术的涌现，不断给经典诊断标准中尚不完善的部分提出新的问题。
