垂体腺瘤伴发Rathke囊肿三例报告

Pituitary adenoma with concomitant Rathke cleft cyst： report of three cases
摘要
例1女性，27岁，因双侧触发泌乳2年、头痛1年入院。患者2003年1月始发现双侧触发泌乳，月经正常，无头痛、头晕、视物模糊，未婚未育。查泌乳素（PRL）在73．6-88．4ng／mL之间，鞍区MRI示垂体隆起，垂体柄向左偏斜，病变位于鞍内，呈短T1、短T2信号，考虑为垂体微腺瘤。遂服用溴隐亭1．25mg，每日3次。半年后复查PRL为4．ng／mL。
