Development of Olig family regulating nerve repair after cerebral white matter injury

摘要 少突胶质细胞是中枢神经系统(central nervous system.CNS)的髓鞘形成细胞.它们能易化神经传导,对神经功能有支持作用。与神经元类似,少突胶质细胞对于损伤,如缺血、缺氧和营养物质的缺乏等也高度敏感.导致髓鞘的脱失和变性。碱性-螺旋-环-螺旋(basichelix—loop—helix,bHLH)转录因子Oligl和Olig2主要表达于少突胶质细胞及其前体细胞,并在少突胶质细胞的产生和分化中发挥了很重要的作用。
