Aβ-mediated mitochondrial dysfunction in the development and progression of Alzheimer's disease

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种多发生在老年、以认知功能障碍为主要临床表现的神经退行性疾病。病理学特征包括神经元丧失、老年斑(senile plaques,SP)形成、神经纤维缠结(neurofibrillary tangles,NFT)、胆碱能纤维末端突触素减少、星形胶质细胞增生等,其中SP和NFT为其特征性病理改变。
