Neurogenesis in adult brain and the impact of cerebral ischemia on neurogenesis

摘要 神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)是指具有自我更新、有丝分裂增殖、多分化潜能3个特点的神经前体细胞。神经祖细胞是指仅具有多分化潜能和部分自我更新功能的增殖细胞。NSCs和神经祖细胞统称为神经前体细胞。NSCs在一定条件下增殖分化成神经元,参与神经功能的修复过程,称为神经发生。神经发生主要位于海马齿状回(dentate granule,DG)和室下区(subventricular zone,SVZ)。
