囊袋张力环对高度近视眼患者后发性白内障的抑制作用观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察高度近视眼患者行白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术时,联合/不联合囊袋张力环植入对术后后发性白内障发生的影响。方法:选择我院22例双眼高度近视合并白内障的患者,随机选择1眼行白内障超声乳化摘除+IOL植入术,另1眼行白内障超声乳化摘除+IOL植入+囊袋张力环植入术。术后3,6mo对散大瞳孔进行眼前节数码裂隙灯照像,并利用后发性白内障的计算机定量分析系统分析观察双眼后囊形态及后发性白内障的发生情况。结果:22例患者术后第1d;1,3,6mo最佳矫正视力无统计学差异;两组均未发生人工晶状体偏位;术后6mo,A组有6眼的后囊膜可见白色增殖混浊,B组仅1眼的后囊膜可见白色增殖。PCO-CAAS后发性白内障分析软件分析PCO评分两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:囊袋张力环在一定程度上可以抑制晶状体上皮细胞的纤维化生,降低了后发性白内障的发生率。但还需进一步长期定量观察。 AIM: To observe the effects of capsular tension ring on PCO formation in hypermyopia patients received phacoemulsification and IOL insertion. METHODS: We selected 22 hypermyopia patients with/ without cataract. One eye of those patient were randomly selected for phacoemulsification and IOL insertion group, the other eye was assigned to a phacoemulsification, IOL insertion and capsular tension ring insertion group. We observed the anterior segment of eye at 3 and 6 months postopertively, and used the PCO-CAAS software to analyze the PCO formation. RESULTS: There was no statistical significance in BCVA at 1 day, 1, 3 and 6 months postoperatively. No IOL decentration was found. In group A, there were 6 eyes had PCO, and only 1 eye in group B. PCO-CAAS software analysis had statistical significance. CONCLUSION. Capsular tension ring can inhibit lens epithelium cell proliferation and PCO formation, but we need a longer and more patients follow up.
