摘要
目的:评价后巩膜开窗减压术在治疗绝对期青光眼中的应用。方法:对43眼绝对期青光眼施行后巩膜开窗减压术,与38眼行睫状体冷冻术患者术后早期(2mo内)眼压变化进行对比。结果:行后巩膜开窗减压术病例术后高眼压症状明显缓解,术后早期眼压不反弹,较施行睫状体冷冻术者控制眼压疗效好(P<0.01),且无严重并发症。结论:后巩膜开窗减压术是治疗绝对期青光眼更简便、安全、有效的手术选择。
AIM： To evaluate the curative effect of posterior scleral marsupialization on absolute glaucoma.
METHODS： Fourty-three patients of absolute glaucoma were operated with posterior scleral marsupialization. Thirty-eight patients were treated with cyclocryotherapy. The intraocular pressures was observed for 3 years and compared two groups in 2 months after operation.
RESULTS： Posterior scleral marsupialization was especially advantageous to control the abnormal intraocular pressures in early stage after operation. It was more effective than the treatment with cyclocryotherapy （ P〈 0.01 ）.
CONCLUSION： The operation is a simple, safe and effective choice in treating absolute glaucoma.
