影像学血管成像在下肢血管闭塞性疾病中的应用进展

Advances of medical imaging angiography for evaluation of vascular occlusive diseases of lower extremity

下肢血管闭塞性病变严重的威胁了老年人口生命健康,是导致其生活质量下降的主要原因之一,医学影像学血管成像技术在下肢血管闭塞性病变的诊断与随访中具有重要作用,本文综述了下肢血管成像的各种影像学方法,比较了各种成像方法的优缺点,并对新近研究的医学影像学下肢血管成像技术作了介绍及展望。

Vascular occlusive diseases of lower extremity threatened heavily the health of older people, and which was one of the main reason that caused the decline of life quality. Medical imaging angiography have the great value in the diagnosis and follow up of vascular occlusive diseases. The present paper summarized the imaging methods of vascular occlusive diseases of lower extremity, compared theirs merit and disadvantage, introdueed new methods of medical imaging angiography of lower extrenfity.
