摘要 线粒体基因是独立于核基因外的遗传物质,其独特的结构功能、遗传特性以及与个体胰岛素抵抗之间的相关性,可能与导致生育期妇女不孕的多囊卵巢综合征相关联,从而有可能为多囊卵巢综合征复杂病因和发病机制的研究开辟一条新途径,为临床诊治提供新的思路。 Mitochondrial DNA, independent of nuclear DNA, is probably associated with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), owing to its unique structure, special function, hereditary characteristics, and relationship with insulin resistant. The investigation on mitochondrial DNA might be a new way for the study of the etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS, and provide a new approach to the diagnosis and therapy for the patients with PCOS.
