纵隔炎性成肌纤维细胞瘤一例
摘要
患者 男，24岁。2个月前无明显诱因出现反复发热及盗汗，最高至38．8℃，伴左胸阵发性刺痛感，并自觉声音嘶哑。无咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困难等症状。吸烟史7年，无饮酒嗜好。否认家族肿瘤史。
