多层螺旋CT对活体肝移植术后肝静脉淤血的评价 被引量：1

摘要 随着肝移植适应证的拓宽，供肝短缺的问题越来越严重，活体肝移植（living donor liver transplantation，LDLT）的出现为解决供肝匮乏提供了新的途径。LDLT最初应用于儿童患者，以左外叶供肝为主；现在更多的是以右半肝为主的成人活体肝移植。建立通畅的肝静脉流出道是LDLT手术成功的关键，没有充足的静脉引流，移植物易于出现肝静脉淤血（hepatic venous congestion，HVC），导致移植物丧失功能和手术失败。
