摘要
针对机床传动误差的计算机辅助补偿控制,提出了一种新的预测控制算法——外推预测+P控制。该算法无需对机床传动系统进行辨识和建模,且计算简单,易于微机实现,使控制过程大为简化。本文介绍了这种算法的原理和实现方法,并在滚击机分度传动误差控制中得到成功应用。
A new predictive control algorithm extrapolated predictive + P control is proposed, for the computer aided compensation and control of a machine's transmission ermr. Applying this algorithm it is unnecessary to identify and model the machine's transmission system.The algorithm is simple to calculate and easy to put into effect with a microcomputer. The principle and applied method are intro duced and the algorithm is successfully applied to a gear hobbling machine.
