摘要
在俄罗斯经济走强的背景下,产业结构的演变成为其经济问题的重点,值得引起特别关注。本文首先对貌似的"结构优化"提出质疑,剖析成因,认为研究俄罗斯的产业结构不能采用一般性标准化的分析工具;接下来,概括介绍俄罗斯产业结构调整的进程,辨证地认为,有成绩,但步伐不大,推进缓慢;最后的部分是重点,集中讨论俄罗斯产业结构演变的主攻方向是工业内部结构的重构、升级和现代化,揭示根本变革工业"发展版本"与俄罗斯创新国家发展道路的内在逻辑关系。
In the context of burgeoning economic development,the evolution of Russian industrial mix became the focus of its economic issues deserving special attention.The article first calls into question the seemingly structural optimization and after analyzing the causes behind,comes to the conclusion that no ordinary standard analysis tools should be applied to studying the readjustment of Russian industrial mix.Giving a brief introduction of such a process,the article holds dialectically that the process in question has been sluggish despite some successes.Finally,and most importantly,it goes on dealing at length with the Russian industrial mix readjustment orienting towards internal restructuring,upgrading and modernization,and expounds the inner logical relations between the radical change of industrial development edition and Russian innovative national development.
