摘要
应用美国精馏研究公司(FRI)的工业测试数据对当前国内广泛应用的网孔塔板进行了性能评价,根据常压和加压体系下的数据,预测了网孔塔板用于减压体系的可靠性。工业测试结果表明,网孔塔板是一种性能优良的常压、加压塔板,而在减压体系下的适用范围极窄。对网孔塔板工业测试数据的分析,有助于提高设计和应用水平。
Based on the industrial data of perforated tray tested by the American Fractionation Research Inc. (FRI) , the performances of the perforated trays were systematically evaluated. The reliability of the perforated tray operated at vacuum conditions was predicted according to the data at normal and high pressures. It is found that the perforated tray has perfect performances at normal and high pressures, but its operating range is very narrow at the vacuum condition. The analysis of the FRI industrial data will be helpful to improve the design and application of the perforated tray.
