介绍了LPH-1型进料雾化喷嘴的性能及其在中国石油化工股份有限公司沧州分公司1.40Mt/a催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。应用结果表明,LPH-1型重油进料雾化喷嘴雾化蒸汽用量小(只有3%),压力降低(只有0.25MPa),喷射速度适中,雾化效果好。采用该喷嘴后,催化裂化装置干气和焦炭产率降低0.51个百分点,轻液体收率增加1.93个百分点,催化剂消耗降低1.83%,每年可增加经济效益3358×10^4 RMB¥。
The performance of LPH-1 type feed atomizing nozzle and its application in a 28 000 B/D RFCC unit in SINOPEC Cangzhou Company are described. The commercial operation shows that the atomizing nozzle is low in steam requirement (only 3% ), low in pressure drop (0.25 MPa), appropriate injection velocity and good in atomizing performance. After installation of this nozzle, the dry gas production and coke make of the RFCC unit has been reduced by 0.5% , the light product yield has been increased by 1.93% and catalyst consumption has been lowered by 1.83%. 33.58 million Yuan additional economic benefits have been achieved each year.
