摘要
介绍了重油催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统的基本流程,分析了装置低温热利用的潜力,提出了一种新的节能流程,并通过HYSYS流程模拟软件对吸收稳定系统的低温位热量利用进行了模拟计算,探讨了不改变产品质量和产品收率的前提下利用吸收稳定系统低温热的可行性。
The basic process flow of absorption and stabilization system of heavy oil FCCU in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co. ,Ltd is introduced, and the potential of low-temperature heat utilization is analyzed. A new energy-saving process flow is proposed and the simulation calculation is performed for low-temperature heat utilization of the absorption and stabilization system with HYSYS simulation software. The feasibility of low-temperature heat utilization of the absorption and stabilization system is studied at the conditions of no change to product specifications and product yields.
