摘要
以某大型炼油厂的规划为例,介绍了总体节能指导思想、主要节能措施,重点介绍了进一步提高全厂用能水平的先进节能措施。分析指出:为提高炼油厂用能水平,需要系统优化装置、系统及其之间的能量利用。采用先进的工艺技术、强化装置之间的热集成、提高低温热回收利用程度能进一步提高炼油厂用能水平,且投资少,节能和经济效益显著。
The energy-saving principles and the main energy conservation measures in planning of a large-scale refinery are introduced. The advanced measures for improved plant-wide energy utilization are highlighted. It is pointed out that the energy utilization among the process units and utility systems should be systematically optimized to elevate energy saving level of a refinery. The application of advanced process technologies, the enhancement of heat integration between units and the improvement of low-temperature waste heat recovery and utilization are the cost-effective ways to save energy with low investment and remarkable benefits.
