摘要
采用问卷调查及实验研究等方法,对浙江传媒学院和浙江理工大学部分新生的身体自尊状况,中小强度健美操和篮球的锻炼对身体自尊的不同影响进行了系统的实验研究,并得出了结论:男大学生的身体自尊水平均显著高于女大学生。中小强度的篮球、健美锻炼形式对于身体自尊水平偏低的大学生都有不同程度的调节作用。
With the research methods of questionnaire investigation and experiment-based research, the investigation has been conducted about the influence of aerobics and basketball exercises of low and moderate intensity on the physical self-esteem, which is carried out with a part of the freshmen in Zhejiang Institute of Media and Communications and Zhangjiang Science and Engineering University. The paper presents the research findings that the male students have higher physical self-esteem than the female students and the aerobics and basketball exercises of low and moderate intensity can help those with low physical self-esteem.
