摘要
针对水产品加工业利用海水作解冻用水所产生的大量高盐低温废水,本文主要研究了低温对高盐废水中COD去除率的影响。试验采用MBR(膜生物反应器)工艺,分别从快速降温和缓慢降温两种不同方式测定了低温对活性污泥处理效果的影响,并对此进行了生物学分析。结果表明,在低温条件下(6~15℃),50%海水比例时,随着温度的降低,COD去除率下降,且快速降温比缓慢降温对活性污泥处理效果的影响更大。从而得出,在低温条件下,污水处理系统中起主要作用的是耐冷菌。
In view of the massive high salinity and low temperature waste water produced by marine products processing industry,which uses the sea water as the defrosting water,this paper has mainly studied the influence of low temperature on the removal efficiency of COD in the high salinity waste water.The experiment uses the MBR process to determine the influence of low temperature on the active sludge processing effect,separately by two different ways of the fast temperature dropping and the slowly.The biology analysis is carried on.The results indicated that,when seawater proportion is 50%,the removal efficiency of COD is reduced with the temperature dropping within 6~15 ℃.The activated sludge system gets worse effect when temperature drops fast.Thus,in the low temperature condition,cold-adapted microorganism has the main function in the sewage treatment system.
