摘要
潜在课程具有隐蔽性、多样性、复杂性、持久性、感染性等特点,它涉及到学校、家庭、教育的方方面面。目前农村中小学潜在课程德育功能缺失严重,需要从环境、制度和人际关系等角度进行改善。
The potential curriculum has characteristics of invisibility, muhi-complication and etc. It has something to do with school, family and other aspects. Now the function of this curriculum can't be seen. It should be improved from surroundings, system and personal relations.
