滋肾通络方对MCAO大鼠神经行为及颅脑CT的影响

摘要 目的:观察滋’肾通络方对MCAO大鼠颅脑CT的影响。方法:制作MCAO大鼠模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组和西药组。灌胃前后,分别行颅脑CT扫描并观察大鼠神经行为评分的变化,比较药物对其影响。结果:中药高、低剂量组、西药组大鼠颅脑CT缺血程度及神经行为评分均好于模型组;中药高、低剂量组缺血程度及神经行为评分好于西药组。结论:滋肾通络方可改善MCAO大鼠脑缺血程度及神经行为评分,从而对脑缺血损伤具有保护作用。 Objective:To observe the influence of nourishing kidney and dredging collaterals recipe on nerve behavior and brain CT of MCAO rats. Methods: MCAO rats model were established and then randomly divided into sham operated group, model control group, high-dose group of Chinese medicine, low-dose group of Chinese medicine and western medicine group. Brain CT of the rats were taken and changes of the nerve behavior were observed both pre-and after intragastric administration, and the influence of drugs on nerve behaviors and brain CT were studied. Results: In high-dose group of Chinese medicine, lowdose group of Chinese medicine and western medicine group, the ischemic degree of brain CT and the scores of nerve behavior was getter than that in model control group. In high-dose group of Chinese medicine and low-dose group of Chinese medicine, the ischemic degree of brain CT and the scores of nerve behavior was better than that in western medicine group. Conclusion: Nourishing kidney and dredging collaterals recipe can degrade the ischemic degree of brain and elevate the scores of nerve behavior, and has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia.
