In this paper, the author expounds the intensions of library collection in university and innovating education, analyzes the close relationship and the inter-acting measures between them. The author gives some constructive advice on how to improve the innovating education from the library collection, taking Hunan agricultural university library for example, to innovate the idea in work and fully use library resources.
