从思考如何有效解决地理空间资源整合和共享出发,介绍了OGC、GML、WFS、WMS、WCS等关键技术,提出了基础地理信息公共平台的总体设计思路,分析了公共平台实现的几个关键问题,展望了公共平台的应用前景。

Reflections on the efficient solution for geographic information integration and sharing, this paper introduced some key technologies including OGC, GML, WFS, WMS and WCS etc, put forward the overall mentality of public fundamental geographic information platform＇s design, analyzed several key problems in implementing public platform, and the application prospects of public platform was described.
