摘要
研究了硫化剂TCY对丁腈橡胶/氯化聚乙烯共混物性能的影响。结果表明:硫化剂TCY的加入,使NBR/CM共混物的最低扭矩和最高扭矩增大,同时缩短了焦烧时间。当硫化剂TCY用量为1.5份时,共混物具有较好力学性能。适当增加硫化剂TCY用量,可提高NBR/CM共混物耐热老化性能和耐油性能。
Effects of vulcanizing agent TCY on the properties of NBR/CM125B blend were studied. The results showed that the maximum torque and minimum torque of the blend increased,and the scorch time decreased. The properties of the blend were good by adding in 1.5 phr of TCY. The heat aging stability and oil resistance of the NBR/CM blend were increased by adding constant TCY.
