摘要 研究了在同步转子密炼机上顶栓压力、冷却水温度和转子转速一定的条件下,改变填充系数对六棱同步转子密炼机混炼性能的影响。结果表明:六棱同步转子有很强的吃胶能力,填充系数(β)存在最佳值。 Efects of change of fill factors on rotors were studied at the conditions of fixing speed, The results showed that the mixer with 6 ,and best fill factors. mixing behavious of mixer with 6 wings synchronous the ram force, cooling water temperature and rotor wings synchronous rotors had strong mixing capacity
