摘要
通过借鉴美国著名学者卡普兰和诺顿于20世纪90年代发明的平衡计分法的先进思想,为高职高专院校实践教学管理绩效测评提供一种新的理念和框架,试图帮助学校的管理者能够快速而全面的考查实践教学管理,以促进实践教学改革深入发展。
This paper using American renowned scholar Kaplan and Norton in the 1990s invention balanced scoring method ideas, prouiding an new idea and the frame for the quality high special colleges and universities practice teaching management achievements evaluation, attempting to help the school manager can be able to use this method fast and quickly, promoting the practice educational reform.
