摘要
[目的]了解山东省东部沿海城市各级卫生检验中心的人力资源配置情况,以便为人才引进和培养提供依据,促进卫生监测检验事业的发展。[方法]采用分层随机抽样的方法,选择山东省东部沿海城市20所疾病预防控制中心进行问卷调查。[结果]地市级疾控中心卫生检验人员占技术人员的28.57%,年龄结构(50岁以上占45.45%)和学历结构(中专及以下占45.45%)老化;区县级占17.46%,队伍后备力量不足,缺乏经验(40岁以下占90.91%)、职称偏低(初级及以下占54.55%)。[结论]卫生检验专业人才资源相对缺乏,分布不均衡,加强卫生检验人才队伍培养,引进高素质检验人才已刻不容缓。
[Objective]To know the status of allocation of human resources in coastal cities in the east of Shandong, and to provide a scientific basis for importation and education of the talented persons to promote the development of health la- boratory sciences. [Methods] A stratified random sampling was used and 20 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in coastal cities in the east of Shandong was investigated by questionnaires. [Results]The results displayed that 28.57 % of technicians in city-level CDC were health laboratory technicians with problems of aged tendency (45.45 % was over 50 years of age) and inappropriate education structures (45.45 % graduated from technical secondary schools) ,while 17.46 % of technicians in county-level CDC were health laboratory technicians with problems of little experience(90.91 was under 40 years of age) and low professional titles(54.55 % was or was under primary titles),[Conclusion]With the shortage and unbalanced distribution of talents majoring in health laboratory sciences,importation of high quality talented persons brooks no delay.
