摘要
[目的]探讨中山市城区2～6岁儿童睡眠障碍发生情况。[方法]2007年1～6月,在中山市城区及周边4个镇区,随机抽取5所幼儿园,对1792名2～6岁儿童家长进行调查。[结果]调查1 792名儿童,有睡眠障碍者469例,睡眠障碍发生率为26.17%。睡眠障碍发生率,2岁为32.68%,3岁为28.16%,4岁为27.12%,5岁为22.91%,6岁为21.08%（P〈0.05） 男童为26.90%,女童为25.31%（P〉0.05）。各种睡眠障碍症状发生率,尿床为7.65%,磨牙为7.59%,梦话为4.69%,打鼾为4.41%,恶梦为3.40%,梦游为0.73%,呼吸暂停为0.33%。[结论]中山市2～6岁儿童睡眠障碍发生率较高,尿床、磨牙、梦话、打鼾和恶梦是较常见的睡眠障碍症状。
[Objective]To find out the prevalence of sleeping disorder in children aged 2 to 6 years old in Zhongshan city. [Methods]From January to June of 2007,1 792 children aged 2 to 6 in 5 kindergartens of 4 towns and districts were investigated. [Results]Of the 1 792 children investigated,469 cases had sleeping disorder,accounting for 26.17 %. The prevalence rate was 32.68 %, 28. 16 %, 27. 12 %, 22.91 % and 21.08 % in children aged from 2 to 6 （ P 〈0.05）. The prevalence rate was 26.90% in boys and 25.31% in girls（ P〈0.05）. The causes of sleeping disorders of bedwetting,molars,drib- ble,snore, oneirodynia, somnambulism and apnoea accounted for 7.65%,7.59% 4.69%,4.41%,3.40% 0.73% and 0.33 % respectively. [Conclusion]Bedwetting, molars, dribble, snore and oneirodynia were the main causes of sleeping disorder in children aged from 2 to 6 in the city.
