摘要
[目的]了解某校大专入学新生饮食行为、体质及营养状况,为更好地进行营养指导提供科学依据。[方法]对肇庆医专2003~2007年入学新生进行饮食行为调查,身高和体重检测。[结果]调查1832人,知晓豆类蛋白质含量丰富的占30.08% 基本不喝奶类及奶制品的占66.05%,基本不吃早餐者占15.00%,常以方便面为正餐者占9.12%,了解中国膳食宝塔者占22.34%。体格检查5 077人,体重正常者占72.04%,营养不良率占22.79%,超重率占4.39%,肥胖率占0.78%。随着年龄的增加,男生营养不良率呈下降趋势,女生营养不良率呈上升趋势(P〈0.05) 肥胖率男女生不同年龄间的差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。[结论]大学新生营养知识匮乏,饮食行为不科学者占较高比例,营养不良率较高。
[Objective]Through studying the junior college freshmen's dietary behavior as well as physical and nutrition- al condition,we were able to provide scientific evidence for nutrition guidance, [Methods]The dietary behavior of freshmen in our college from 2003 to 2007 was investigated by questionnaire and their height and weight were examined. [Results] Among 1 832 subjects,30.08% of them had knowledge of protein-rich beans. 66.05% hardly drank milk or milk products. 15.00 % barely had breakfast. 9.12 % took instant noodles as regular meals. Only 22.340%o knew about China's dietary pagodas. Among the 5 077 students who had taken medical examination, the number of normal weight, malnutrition,over- weight and obesity accounted for 72.04% ,22.79% ,4.39% and 0.78% respectively. The students" malnutrition rates varied with age. The male students" malnutrition rate decreased, while the female's rate increased. As for the obesity rate, there was no significant difference( P 〉 0.05) between them. [Conclusion] The freshmen lacked the knowledge of nutrition; they had unscientific dietary behavior and their malnutrition rate was high.
