摘要
[目的]了解荣成市食物中毒情况,为食物中毒预防控制提供依据。[方法]对2004~2007年荣成市食物中毒资料进行分析。[结果]2004~2007年荣成市共发生食物中毒29起,中毒人数408例。其中,细菌性食物中毒12起,占41.38% 化学性食物中毒1起,占3.45% 不明原因食物中毒16起,占55.17%。集体食堂11起,占37.93% 小型餐饮单位10起,占34.48% 宾馆4起,占13.79% 其他4起,占13.79%。[结论]荣成市食物中毒的发生呈上升趋势。
[Objective]To understand the status of food poisoning in Rongcheng, and provide the basis for the prevention and control of food poisoning. [Methods]The data of food poisoning in Rongcheng between 2004 and 2007 were analyzed. [Results]In the period between 2004 and 2007,29 food poisoning accidents were reported in Rongcheng,involving 408 people. Of them 12 were bacterial food poisoning, accounting for 41.38%;1 was chemical food poisoning, accounting for 3.45 % ;16 were unknown food poisoning,accounting for 55.17%. 11 of them were reported in canteens,accounting for 37.93 %. 10 were reported in restaurants,accounting for 34.48%.4 were reported in the hotels, accounting for 13.79 %. 4 were reported in the other places,accounting for13.79 %. [Conclusion]Food poisoning in Rongcheng is on the rise.
