CIK治疗11例中晚期肾癌的预后分析

The Prognostic Analysis of 11 Mid-Advanced Renal Carcinoma Patients Accepted CIK Treatment

目的通过4年跟踪随访11例接受细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞(CIK)治疗的中晚期肾癌,了解CIK细胞的治疗效果及患者的预后情况。方法收集我院治疗的肾癌20例,根据患者肾癌根治术后有无施行CIK生物治疗,将患者分为治疗组和对照组,跟踪随访4～6年,研究治疗组和对照组患者的生存情况。结果治疗组平均生存时间30个月,对照组平均生存时间11个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CIK治疗肾癌安全有效,可以改善患者的预后。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and the prognosis of 11 mid-advanced renal carcinoma patients who received CIK cell in the past 4 years. Methods Collected 20 renal carcinoma patients of our hospital, and divided them into two groups according to the patients who accepted biotherapy or not after the radical nephrectomy. We followed up the patients 4 to 6 years and investigated the survival instances of them. Results The mean survival of the experiment group was 30 months, while the other group was 11 months, which was statistically significantly different （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion CIK is safe and effective to renal carcinoma and it can improve the prognosis of the renal carcinoma patients.
