低位直肠癌行Dixon手术后吻合口瘘的防治

The Prevention and Cure in Dixon Modus Operandi in Fistula of Low-Set Colonic Carcinoma

目的探讨低位直肠癌行Dixon术术后吻合口瘘的原因及防治。方法回顾性总结了1996年4月—2007年12月期间低位直肠癌493例,其中有21例发生吻合口瘘。结果保守治疗18例,再次手术3例。结论吻合口瘘重在预防,已经发生的应积极治疗,可以获得较好的预后。

Objective To study the reason , prevention and cure of fistula in low-set colonic carcinoma. Methods We reviewed the clinical data 0f493 cases low-set colonic carcinoma from 1996.4 to 2007.12. 21 cases had fistula. Results 18 cases had all expectant treatment, 3 cases had operation again. Conclusion The key in fistula was prevention. But we can treat the fistula cases energetic. Then we can succeed in these cases.
