采访之前,对这位从华尔街回来的＂海归＂的想象,是一位财经杂志封面上的重量级人物,颇有些忐忑。他在华尔街投行做到了技术主管,在美国创立了风险投资公司。回到国内,他不仅负责了中国证券史上规模最大的技术系统项目，更为中国的证券业制定了自己的数据交换标准。
Mr. Chen Zhongsu received his Bachelor,Master and Doctor degrees in the US,and worked at both Standard and Poor's and Donaldson,Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). In 2001,He made the decision to go back to China and served as deputy chief engineer at the Shanghai Stock Exchange. For the past 8 years,it has been his participation in the establishment of the Security Trading Exchange Protocol of China, not his own business,that he has felt proudest.
