摘要
成功地运用最优化理论来解决航空发动机传动系统中轴类零件的最优化问题,提出了在满足几何尺寸、强度、振动、扭转角等要求下,优化阶梯轴的壁厚,来减轻零件的重量的设计方法。
The optimazation theory is successfully applied to solve the problem of optimization of parts of axle type in transmission system of aviation engine.This paper puts forth the design method for parts of reduced mass by means of optimization of wall thickness of stepped axle providing that the requirements of geometrical dimension,strength,vibration and torsion angle must be fulfilled.
