随着智能交通系统的提出，在我国的城市主干道中，该系统得到了极大的发展和应用。在我国交通发展过程中，交通安全始终是第一位的，而解决城市道路交通安全的关键是提高交叉口的道路安全。从道路的角度，利用智能交通系统的各种信息、通信技术来实现安全、通畅、高效的道路交通。

With establishing of the intelligent transportation system, this system has been greatly developed and widely applied in urban main traffic artery. However, in the course of developing our national traffic, the traffic safety should always come the first, furthermore, the key of solving urban traffic is to improve the safety of intersection. Therefore, concerning the current traffic situation, the paper proposes to achieve safe, smooth and high efficient traffic by various information and communication technology of intelligent transportation system.
