以科学发展观审视高校思想政治理论课有许多值得思考的地方。目前，思想政治理论课存在的主要问题是吸引力不强、实效性不够。制约思想政治理论课作用发挥的既有客观因素也有主观因素，但主要是主观因素。思想政治理论课是否受欢迎，关键在教师。要抓住机遇，科学发展，力争在几年内使思想政治理论课教学情况明显改善。

There are reflectons and lessions on impementing scientific development views in the teaching of ideological and political theories in colleges. Lacking attraction and inadequate effectiveness are the major problems exsiting commonly in the course of idelological and political theories in colleges, the main factors restricting on function of the courese lie in both subjective and objective. The author points out subjective factors play an important role. It is a teacher that counts on wheather the course is popular or not. With grasping the opportunity and scientific development, trying to improve the condition of teaching of ideological and political theories.
