Information system for on-line publishing and sharing of urban ecological environment quality information

摘要 分析了城市生态环境质量评价中信息技术应用现状,指出利用WebGIS在线发布与共享城市生态环境质量信息的必要性;以北京市为例,探讨了生态环境质量WebGIS的功能需求、数据组织、模型库建设、系统设计、开发技术等;基于开源软件建立了北京市生态环境质量WebGIS,包括系统管理与维护、数据发布与共享、环境质量分析与评价和数据输出四大功能模块,实现了北京市生态环境信息的网络发布与共享,并通过应用实例对系统功能进行演示。 In this paper,the present situation of information technology's application in evaluation of urban ecological environment quality is introduced,which indicates that the application of WebGIS in the on-line publishing and sharing of city ecological environment quality information is necessary.The function requirement,data organization,construction of model database, system design and development technology in the WebGIS-based information system for the ecological environment quality are also discussed ,which is based on the open source software and include four function modules named as system management and maintenance,data publishing and sharing,environment quality analysis and evaluation,data output,respectively.The information system can be used for the on-line publishing and sharing.And the system function is also demonstrated by the application examples.
