摘要
本文阐述了波前曲率传感技术的基本原理,分析了传统实现方案的优缺点;重点介绍了近年发展起来的的基于衍射光栅的波前曲率传感器及其工作原理;对比分析了波前曲率传感器的两种相位恢复算法;介绍了波前曲率传感器的最新应用情况以及国内对波前曲率传感器研究和应用的最新进展。
The basic principle of wavefront curvature sensor is described, and the strongpoints and shortcomings of traditional schemes are analyzed. Wavefront curvature sensor with diffraction grating developed recently is mainly introduced, and its principle is also analyzed. Two kinds of phase retrieval arithmetics of wavefront curvature sensor are analyzed by comparison. Besides, the latest applications of wavefront curvature sensor are generally presented. At last, the lastest development of wavefront curvature sensor in our country is introduced detailedly.
