三次样条函数条元法及对带材轧制过程的模拟

提出了模拟带材轧制过程的一个新方法──三次样条函数条元法．在轧件宽厚比为625的条件下．用此方法对四辊轧机冷轧带材轧制过程的三维力学行为进行了研究．得到的在轧后边浪和中浪两种不同板形状态下的理论计算结果与实验结果有较好吻合．本方法对三维轧制理论、板形理论和板形控制技术的发展有重要意义．

This paper presents a new method simulating strip rolling process.which is called the third power spline function strip element method.On the conditions of the width to the thickness ratio 625 and the different exit shapes(edge wave and centre wave), the 3 dimensional mechnics behavior of the cold strip rolling on a 4—h mill is analyzed.the computed results tally with the experimental results well.The present wonk is or great importance to the development of the shaop theory and the shape control techology.
