摘要
从民营企业高层管理团队冲突的特征入手,分析了我国民营企业高层管理团队冲突的表现,然后从民营企业高层管理团队冲突分类、冲突诱因、冲突转化、冲突与绩效、冲突管理与绩效、冲突反馈六个方面详细地综述分析了民营企业高管团队冲突和冲突管理的相关理论。在此基础上,采取面向过程和权变的思想,提出了一个综合模型,并与现有模型进行了比较分析。该模型为以后的研究提供了系统性和前瞻性的分析框架,也为民营企业对高层管理团队冲突进行有效管理,从而实现高层管理团队的持续发展提供了战略指导。
Starting with the characteristics of the top management team conflict in private enterprise, this paper analyzes the performance of the top management team conflict in China's private enterprises, then reviews the top management team conflict and conflict management in details in terms of conflict types, antecedents of conflict, conflict conversion, the corre- lations between group conflict and performance, the relationship between conflict management and performance and conflict feedback. Based on that, this paper puts forward a comprehensive model with a process-based and contingency-oriented idea and compares it with existing models. The model provides a systematic and prospective framework for the future study and also provides the strategic guidance for the effective management of the top management team conflict and the sustainable development of the top management team.
