摘要
对于零售、分销和制造企业,维持合适的安全库存,有利于提高客户服务水平、降低缺货概率和减少生产过程的不确定性。在需求随机并服从正态分布的假设下,本文提出了两个简洁实用的安全库存计算公式,并通过算例与Richard提出的公式进行了比较。本文的公式可为零售、分销和制造企业优化库存结构和提高服务水平提供参考。
For retail, distribution and manufacturing firms, it is favorable to maintain suitable safety stock in order to increase customer service level and decrease uncertainty of stockout and manufacturing process. Under the assumption of stochastic demand and normal demand distribution, this paper proposes two compact and practical safety stock formulas, and compares them with the formula proposed by Richard through case data. The formulas of this paper can provide reference for retail, distribution and manufacturing firms that desire to optimize inventory structure and increase service level.
