摘要
根据回归分析原理.通过对介稳奥氏体锰钢磨面硬度H与加工硬化指数n和磨损冲击功a之间关系.以及耐磨性与磨面硬度H和韧度ak之间关系的分析.给出了其关系由此可对介稳奥氏体耐磨锰钢进行成分设计.
According to the principle of the regression analysis.it is to study the worn surface hardness H VS the work-hardening exponent n and the abrasive impact energy a the wear resistance △W-1 VS the worn surface hardness H and the toughness ak for the metastable austenitic manganese steels.The results show H=H0+810n(Inlsa)n and △W-1=2.3x10-3H Therefore. the composition design of wear resistant metastable austenitic manganese steels can be carried out.
