摘要
受传感器和仪器仪表测量精度的影响.在测试滑动轴承的静态参数和动态系数时会引入一定的测量误差为了对影响这一测量误差的随机因素进行分析.采用随机误差分析理论建立了滑动轴承的载荷量系数及动力学系数的随机误差模型.并分析了影响测量误差的随机因素.最后给出了对一特定测试系统的轴承载荷量系数和动力系数的测试随机误差.
Since the affects of transducer uncertainties some level of uncertainties will be introduced into the measurements of journal bearing static and dynamoc propetry measurements It is necessary to analyse this uncertainties in order to improve the measurement accuracy and plan the experlmetal procedure.This paper applies the uncertainty analysis theory to analyse the journal bearing static and the dynamic coefficient uncertainties,The influence of individual uncertainty of transducers was considered.The results of a specific measurement system are presented.
