摘要
EPC/交钥匙工程的项目管理是复杂且要求面面俱到的,尤其是到了现场施工阶段,必定与工程当地的各类资源息息相关,因此必须对工程当地的各类资源进行调查研究,分析对工程当地资源依赖的可能性及程度,作出客观的综合评价,为制定和采取相应项目管理措施提供依据。
Project management of EPC ＆ Turn-key project is complicated and comprehensive, which will certainly depends on some kinds of local resources, especially when enters the site construction phase. Therefore, we must survey and analyze local resources, make objective and integrated evaluation to the possibility and degree of the dependence on local resource, thus lay the foundation for making and taking relevant project management measures.
