摘要
从金属腐蚀原理出发分析了钢铁零件经Sursulf/Arcor处理后耐蚀性能提高的机理。经渗氮的工件在氧化浴中形成Fe3O4均匀膜层的腐蚀电位达到1000—1300mV,实现了完全的钝化态。本文同时对Fe3O4钝化膜层的形成提出了定性模型,并针对避免钝化膜发生点蚀的破坏,指出可控液体离子渗氮技术的重要性。
Based on the principle of metal corrosion we have carried out a research on the mechanism for enhancement of corrosion resistance to parts with Sursulf / Arcor technology. The corrosion potential of the nitrided parts got to 1000 -1300 mV after forming Fe3O4 uniform film in oxiding bath. So they entered fully into passivation. In addition, the qualitative model for forming passivative film of Fe3O4 is pressed. The CLIN technology is much more available for the case in order to avoid the occurrence of pitting corrosion.
