摘要
为预防高碳高合金钢大尺寸薄板成型模淬火热校变形后,在高温回火时,变形反弹超差。作者在回火时,采用阶梯升温保温消除了淬火与校正时的应力,将热处理变形控制在技术要求的范围内。
In order to prevent the distorted rebound of the large sheet shaping die of high carbon high alloy steel at high temperature tempering after quenching and thermal straightening, the stress formed in quenching and straightening is eliminated by the step - raising and holding temperature, and the distortion is controlled to meet the technical requirement.
