摘要
2Cr12NiMoWV钢制作扇形板，热处理采用（1055—1070）℃×3h油冷淬火，（715±5）℃×14h回火，回火后油冷。得到了较好的强度和冲击韧性的配合，基本满足了使用要求。
If the fanning strips are made by 2Cr12NiMoWV, the one can be obtained good adaption of intensity and toughness after proper hardening and tempering and can meet the operating requirements basi- cally. The parameters of hardening and tempering are（ 1055 -1070）℃ ×3 h oil cooling （hardening）, （715±5）℃×14 h oil cooling （tempering）.
