摘要
采用常规金相检验方法,对常用的注塑机上38CrMoAl钢制挤出螺杆早期断裂失效现象进行分析,结果表明,该螺杆硬度低、强度不足,是导致早期断裂失效的主要原因。
Early fracture failure of 38CrMoAl steel extruding screw rod in injection molding machine was analyzed by using conventional metallographic observation. The results show that the screw rod had low hardness and strength shortage, so early fracture failure is caused.
